For over 20 years, White Flint Recovery, Inc. has been assisting individuals and families in the areas of substance use disorders and related issues. Initially, our goals were designed to aid the numerous DUI/DWI offenders that were court ordered to receive Substance Abuse Counseling in an Outpatient Treatment setting.

Rapidly, as our community and client's needs changed, so did our services. Under the direct supervision of one of the original program founders, Herbert C. Howard, CAC-AD, White Flint Recovery, Inc. has served over 10,000 clients with the full range of drug and alcohol issues.

Our clients can expect a professional and caring staff with over 50 combined years of experience in the field of substance use disorders and related problems. Herbert Howard and the entire staff at White Flint Recovery, Inc. continue to strive to the commitment of treating each client as our priority.
